The most unprofessional company around.
We rented for 8 months whilst our property was being renovated by us. We were paying £1000/m so not cheap. Although the house was OK. They said it had been professionally cleaned, but this was not true. The probably charged the previous tenant the £200 cleaning bill and then didn't bother. By the reviews left this sounds a familiar story.
We had moved in August, the hottest summer, we had a 8 month old, the fridge didn't work, which happens, therefore executive let's, especially Fiona dealt with it really poorly. Basically, obviously didn't have children, and in not so many words asked us to deal with it. Basically, although we put up a good honourable fight, with no avail, we were afraid that we would be effected.
We had to wait almost 3 weeks in the heat, with no fridge or freezer, unable to cool or store baby milk, with no compassion shown at all be anybody at Executive Lets. Simply unexpectable.
Would never rent, or recommend them to anybody.
I've been in business for 12 years, so I'm educated enough to know that the higher management or owners can only simply unaware of the professionalism of those employed.
Also, we were receiving emails, with questions being asked which completely contradicted other email confirmations before, trying to get us caught out.
Not only that my wife has recently received an email, 10 months after leaving, an email to an employee of the Company, called Carla, that she owes £3.45 from the petty cash, how they sent an email outbound to a recent tenant and not an internal emailing list I'll never know.
My rating and experience is as genuine as they come.
Simply a 8 month bad experience.
Stay away is the only advice I can offer.

Pretty bad. V. high initial fee's considering how little work they do. They also try and charge admin fee's for absolutely everything.

What agent could do to change your mind?
They should essentially just do their jobs. Deal with the current clients more attentively before trying to obtain more and make their business as big as possible.

What agent could do to change your mind?
If a manager is to call me back, then bloody call me back. Actually fix things like Windows as they are pretty important. Don't try to charge tenants for call-outs they never requested.

Don't listen to "angel" ,executive lets are terrible and this is just an attempt to cover up the disgusting service they provide tenants, and the horrifically biased views their company represents. Their inspector is an expert at misrepresenting the information in the inventory for their property's and this company will make every attempt to steal as much of the deposit as they can get their thieving hands on with no regards to the fact you people have NO RIGHT to the money.
