Not recommended if you are looking to sell your house. Burchell Edwards either give or sell your details to other companies, since giving them my details, I have had endless phone calls, letters though the post and spam emails from companies that say that BE have asked them to contact me. I asked for no for sale board at the property, BE ignored my request. Sometimes told and given feedback about viewings, other times not. Returned missed calls from BE, no one knows who phoned or why. After offer accepted on the empty property, purchaser given access many times without informing myself right up until completion, water and electric turned on (should of been off for insurance), items moved from one room to another, attic hatch and doors left open in winter.
First house I've sold, only reason they have three stars, there's probably worse out there, but there must also be much better.
Comment on agent fees
Fees are high for the level of service. BE will encourage you to use there own conveyancing, insurance and mortgage services. Don't. Much cheaper to arrange your own.
