Bacon and Co in my opinion are the best agents in Town. After initially being on the market with a different (low cost and what turned out to be low quality) estate agent, we made the switch and was probably the best decision we made.
The professionalism of the team is immense. The details written were to an extremely high quality, with photos that were crisp and clean. This immediately gave us a few 100% increase in the number of viewers picking up the phone to book in. Both Natalie and Natasha were excellent when showing potential purchasers around. They made themselves very familiar with the property and its key selling points.
Once a buyer was secured, Scott was amazing. He took on a fathering role to our very young inexperienced purchasers, going above and beyond to explain processes and keep them patient. I never felt like anything was too much trouble and Scott always returned my calls, keeping me up to date with every twist and turn.
He did an awful lot of hand holding and communicating with our buyers and without him I really don't think we would have moved.
When selling estate agent fees can seem excessive and an additional cost, but Bacon and Co more than earned their money on our sale.
I would recommend Bacon and Co in an instant, and have been doing to friends and family. You couldn't be better looked after.

The agents fees were market rate but as stated above, Bacon and Co really went above and beyond to secure my sale and really earned their money.
