Moving internationally is not easy. With Key-Lets my questions were answered quickly and thoroughly even if those questions required them to make international calls. After working with this company I simply chose a home they offered, over others I'd managed to find myself; in large part, because doing so would allow me to continue counting on them to work on my behalf to sort out confusing differences and legal matters related to moving countries.
Contracts were gone over, and a detailed inventory and inspection report was shared with me. After I'd moved into my new home they sent a professional in to check all electric and safety issues and install new alarms. They'd placed basic groceries (and flowers) in the home to help me settle my first night. Over the next week they both dropped by and called to make sure all was well.
And now, when their part in the arrangement is over they continue to offer support and information that I may need.
I am happy and grateful for the quality of professional service and the lovely kindness I've experienced with this company.

We have no idea who you are or if you have ever been a tenant of Key-Lets. There is no maintenance report on our management system of a dishwasher likely to cause electricution. Sheriff officers are used very rarely, and then to serve notice on tenants where normal communication is likely to be rejected. Again we cannot link your claims to a tenant in these circumstances. ...

Im with them at the moment but as a landlord.I get them impression from them when i call them for info etc.
Then reading this from a previous tenant worries me a bit.
