We had initially arranged for our property to be valued for lettings and for sale and had contacted two other agents to make an appraisal. We appointed Gascoigne Halman because they were professional, courteous and very patient with the many queries that we had. They gave us the impression that they would extend the same courtesy to prospective buyers or tenants.
We decided to put the property on the rental market and Adam Sibiga the Lettings Manager provided an excellent service, keeping us informed and giving a sensible appraisal at every stage of the process. It was the right balance of personable and professional.
In light of our experience we can highly recommend the Sale Branch if you are thinking of renting your property in south Manchester.
