I asked Dexters to value my house for a sale market, met with the agent and had a positive feeling about him even though he overpriced my property by approx 40-50k. When asked if he was sure about his valuation he said that ideally the property should be advertised about £30k below from his valuation :-).... I asked him to send a valuation through with the fee structure and never heard from him again ... 3 weeks later I received a call from someone else asking if they could come for a valuation!!! She didnt know that it had already taken place and had no info on the system. Their fees were about 0,5% higher than other agents in the area... total amateurs !!!! Would not recommend at all!!!
