I would never recommend this company. First of all, my flat mates and I booked in to view a property and were told we had a set date. When we turned up to the flat on that date nobody from Grant Property showed up. We called them to then be told they were unable to get the keys off the current occupiers and hadn't informed us, they then tried to put us at the back of the 3 week waiting list to see this property even though we had been the first people to book this viewing! It took a lot of phone calls and complaining for them to finally let us see the flat we had booked to see weeks in advance! Secondly, after getting this flat one of the agents lost my flatmates bank details. Instead of telling anyone or letting us know they had been lost, they accused her of not paying rent and sent us numerous letters and emails telling us we had to pay extra. After we explained to them the situation and having them say they would sort it, we continued to get emails for months. Overall, grant property have been unhelpful and inefficient in every way regarding our property. It has been a very bad experience and we will not be continuing to use this company next year.

Company was pretty quick with repairs but absolutely atrocious delay with getting deposit back! Also charged us over 500 pounds for basic cleaning.. no repairs needed in the property after tenancy was up, just fine tune cleaning and normal wear and tear.
