AVOID if you can. They only look out for the landlord's interests not those of the tenant. Their neglect caused severe health problems to my daughter after she slept in a moldy room for many months causing her severe asthma to spiral out of control. This was never remedied despite frequent requests,
They seem to take great pride in refusing to return bonds which includes creating false reports where they can.
They insisted I did not need to be there at move out inspection and then took the opportunity write a false report. This report has then been taken as hard and fast evidence by the tenancy deposit scheme even though I have provided photographic evidence to the contrary. Apparently if I want to contend the report itself I need to raise that with the agency which I obviously did before escalating to the scheme.
They have charged me for plinths which the landlord himself removed from the property as well as £200 to plant some grass seed. They charged me for the rubbish I left out as it was bin day which the binmen dutifully removed on their rounds. The list is endless. There was no evidence to support their report and it wasn't sent to me until new tenants were in the property meaning I couldn't return to gather more photos to disprove it.
Altogether I don't have one positive thing to take from my experience of renting through this agency. They were a nightmare from start to finish and have put me off renting for life.
