I've used Martin & Co as a letting agency for 6 years as a landlord. One of the best I have used and quick and responsive to get issues repaired at the property whenever they arise and communicate it back to me. They are pretty diligent with their paperwork, reviewing the tenants and keeping inventory/checklists of the condition of the place. Lots of maintenance needs will usually occur over that period of time especially with many tenants and Martin & Co have arranged the repair and replacement of items numerous times quickly and efficiently.

Comment on agent fees
During the many years I have been living at the property, I have experienced several rent increases yet no money has been spent on maintaining the property. If this Agent was managing a property I owned, I would be upset that the building is allowed to fall into disrepair. I would find it especially upsetting if the person living there was raising the issues without there being a resolution.

This Review contains a number of significant inaccuracies.
Firstly the damp has been confirmed by several experienced contractors to have been caused by the Tenant's lifestyle and failure to adequately control condensation within the property.
