Our house had been on the market for months with another agent- heartbreak, frustration and a growing sense of desperation that we'd never sell had crept in. Though we had considered Darlows at the time, the other agency had seemed to offer a better deal. But there's no deal if there's no sale. Throughout this period, Leanne would contact, express interest in the proceedings (or lack of) always tactful and respectful of the fact we'd gone elsewhere. When eventually our 20 weeks with the other agency (It'll sell in days! we were told) I contacted Leanne as she'd expressed such a constant interest. I had no hope- our house? Obviously a loser. There must've been something we just couldn't see that turned everyone off. And yet. Within days, the visits piled up, interest was lively and substantial. Within a very short period we had sold. To save all that heartache and soul searching, I wish we'd gone straight to Darlows. A winning team. They made the actual sale and transfer an easy, stress free process. Bravo.

Agency fees were fair- our original agent offered a fractionally lower fee but they couldn't sell it.
