I have read the reviews and am quite surprised as thankfully our experience with east bank has been quite different, although I do believe people are much more likely to write a review if they are annoyed...

My partner and I were tenants with east bank for nearly 4 years... the flat we rented was a lovely flat, it was very clean and well finished when we moved in and we were very happy there. When we had issues with our boiler, the repair team got onto this within hours and a new boiler was fitted within a couple of days. When our electricity went down, someone came to the property even late at night to have a look. Our light in the bathroom broke and this was sorted the next day... other more minor repairs weren't carried out but I did not chase these and as they weren't priority it is quite likely that they fell under the radar...

We dealt with Jacqui throughout our tenancy, from signing of contacts right to the end of getting our deposit paid back. She has been extremely helpful throughout, and very efficient, as well as polite and from what I have experienced, an all round lovely person!

Our deposit was paid back in full (minus inventory) in a timely manner and totally hassle free.

Personally we have been very satisfied with the property we have lived in and the service we were provided and are sad to have left.
