We appointed Bacon and Co Goring Branch to sell our property on the recommendation of a property owner who had previously employed them.
At the start David gave us sound advice on pricing the property and subsequently acted very proactively throughout the selling process, keeping us informed at every stage, keeping himself up to date with all the other transactions in the chain and responding very quickly to all questions we posed to him. He or his colleague Chris returned telephone calls very promptly and at all stages of the process we felt David and his colleagues were on top of matters all the time. We could not have had better service from any selling agent.
