We have been dealing with 2 or 3 agents.
First we had to see a property and they changed the appointment while basically we were already out of the property we were supposed to view, then they told us another one was gone.
Finally they brought us to see another one, we fell in love with it, we immediately said we wanted to go for it and the next day gave deposit(full), and gave the notice to our landlord,( as that is what they have suggested us), of course we received contract and receipt and we were chasing to sign the contract, but we thought was normal due to the christmas period.
Long story short... after giving the deposit and notice to our landlord, they have sent us an email saying that the landlord changed his mind ......
AVOID!!!!!!! THEY ARE HEARTLESS AND DON'T CARE IF YOU END UP SLEEPING IN THE STREET, THERE IS NO PROTECTION FOR THE FUTURE TENNANTS, THEY LOOK ONLY AFTER THEMSELVES AND PROBABLY THE LANDLORD BUSINESS(MAYBE).
BY THE WAY THE PROPERTY IS NOW ON THE ZOOPLA WEBSITE WITH A HIGHER COST!!!!!!!! THEY COULD HAVE ASKED US!!!!!AND PROBABLY WE WOULD HAVE PAID MORE, THEY TOLD US INITIALLY TO MADE A LOWER OFFER ASND THE LANDLORD ACCEPTED IT (THEY HAVE SAID).
THE second AGENT WAS THE "DIRECTOR" PRAXITELIS SYMEOU
