Having rented from Neil Kaye's for just under a year, I am more than happy with the level of service they have provided.

When I first enquired about the property, Neil answered every question I had in a clear manner, and in a way that did not come across as pushy to get me to sign up.

Since I moved in, any issues or enquiries I have had have been dealt with by Cheryl. These have been handled in a fantastic manner. Any property issues (plumbing, maintenance etc) have been sorted in a superb timescale - with every step of the landlord's communications being passed on to myself to keep me updated.

When it came to renewing my tenancy, all of my options were again clearly explained, which allowed me to make the right choice for myself without feeling pressured.

Overall, Neil Kaye's are an absolute delight to rent from. Having had negative experiences with some national Estate Agents, Neil Kaye's definitely come highly recommended.
