Every month it felt the same routine of having to chase Lorraine in her capacity as the Office Manager for the rent to be paid across to my account. Every month it felt like the same stalling tactics on their part to delay paying the money over. A commitment on their part to do something is meaningless. I have learned that when they say they will do something it just means I am being fobbed off to leave them alone so they can wait longer with money in their bank account gathering interest for them.
Mike Siely has been Managing Director there for 10 years. He really should sort this out. That he doesn't makes you wonder...
The system forces me to rate them minimum as one out of five. If I could I'd rate REW as zero or even a minus rating. One out of 5 is too good for them.
