I have rented property in Liverpool for the last 7 years, unfortunately, one of these years happened to be with a property managed by Property Link. This property was directly above the shop. They were by far the worst agency I have ever dealt with, they were; rude, abrasive, unhelpful and at times aggressive. Problems were never fixed, an example of their awful customer service... In the January our boiler broke, I reported this, no answer for a week, the next week I went down to speak to staff to see if this can be sorted. I happened to see the Director, I asked him if this could be sorted, which he repled 'this is not my problem', even though we paid for gas as we were bills included. No refund was offered and eventually after the exchange the boiler was fixed. I would strongly advocate avoiding Property Link when renting property in Liverpool.

Fee's were competitive with other agencies in the area, however the agency sturggled to keep track of payments and often threatened us with charges due to late payments (although this was never the case).

No fees. Thank goodness. Do not want to give any more to this company. £100 deposit seemed good that the time but not when they are trying to take the whole deposit off of us. So that £400 , how much commission do they get for this.

I am one of property links landlords they rent my properties every year never had a problem they always pay out on time there is never a problem with the rent being collected , repairs are covered by the agency always reasonably priced too ! 10/10...
