Have rented through hurst for 3 years now have had everything go wrong with the flat from 3 floods to water coming through the walls turning my furnitue mouldy !! 15 months without my ensuite being used as i need a new shower reported to them any number of times , had a broken kitchen window latches to the point i couldnt close my window and i live on the ground floor !! A broken intercom bell thats been broken since the summer 2016 so i dont even know if ive got visitors , and just lately the landlord placed flat on market ive had viewings but also had unanounced viewings on 12/1/17 @ 4.30 pm needless to say i was sat in my pyjamas after a shift at work !!! I had another viewing today at11.30am on 15/117 only to find out it was actually at 2.30 and another at 2.45 which i knew nothing about bearing in mind im in nursing sector and my early shift starts at 7.30 am untill 2.30 pm so find it inconvienient that the 2.45 viewing should go ahead , after hurst would not change time or date to a more convienient time my husband was met over the phone by a rather rude member of staff needles to say wen i arrived home to find 4 people waiting for a viewing !!! How very rude and inconsiderate , unthoughtfull of this company i dont even want to rate them 1 star but i have to but in my eyes they are ungradable !!!!
