This is probably the worst agency in Manchester. I have no idea how come they still exist doing what they are doing. I signed a contract with them for 12 months, then after 4 I received a letter that they are no longer manage the property. After 5 the building was closed as unlivable and I had to move out. Still did not get the last month rent (had to move out at the beginning of the month) nor deposit.
