Recently we had a great experience when we were urgently looking for a house to rent through Gascoigne Halman, Stockton Heath office (specifically, Angie Christie).
Our baby is due in a month time and we were looking for a bigger place to cope with a bigger family. We have started looking since Feburary time. However, as the area we were looking was very popular. Most of the time, We couldn't even have a chance for a second view and the house was gone. We used several agents at the same time to hope for good luck till we met Angie. After The first round of house viewing with her, we felt that she was very professional and had good knowledge of the properties (unlike other agents we used, who simply had no idea what the house was like).
Then, through the whole house hunting process, we were so desperate to move and even thought of buying a property if we couldn't find anything suitable to rent. At this point, we found an ad on a house we liked but was taken by someone else. The letting agent was still Gascoigne Halman. To try our luck, We phoned up Angie and found out it became available again. Angie was so helpful to arrange us to view the house for the second time and passed our offer to the landlord promptly. We were over the moon when we heard that the landlord chose us as the new tenants. To help us even further, Angie arranged us to meet the landlord himself before signing any documents. Thus, both sides rest assure that we both wanted to bind by the contract.
Through the whole process, Angie demonstrates her excellent customer service skills, her professional attitude and her good product knowledge. She always kept us informed and updated and she always responded promptly to all our queries. In the end, we've got our house under her help. We can now start to prepare for the baby's coming. All we want to say is that "we can't thank you enough for your good job, Angie!" We'll definately recommend your office to our friends when they need to look for a house.
