Having phoned around local estate agents we chose Kendricks as came across as honest and enthusiastic as well as having dealt with the most recent property sale in the street. Paul came and viewed our apartment arranged for photography and had a firm purchaser within 24 hours. From this point onward we had good support from all the team at Kendricks and also they were able to turn on heating for frost protection and read the meters before completion as we live nearly 200 miles from Brighton.
All this for the most competitive fee in Brighton. The only negative comment I could make is if Kendricks advised the purchaser on choice of solicitors then perhaps they ought to amend their list of recommended law firms. This firm has allayed to some extent my distrust of estate agents!!
