MR manage our building which is made up of five flats in S London and the project management is appalling and the member of staff dealing with it has been extremely rude.

They are currently trying to arrange the installation of a new intercom system. One letter was sent out in the summer to say that they would be doing this and will be in touch with further information including costs. The next communication was in December and was an order to allow access to the building that week as the engineers had been booked. When I said this would not be possible due to the short notice and the fact that I was due to have a baby that week (baby actually appeared the next day), the member of staff threatened me with additional charges and was still unable to provide the most basic of information such as the cost! Pure incompetence and laziness.

Comments above are wholly echoed by my experience dealing with this company. They are rude beyond belief, I have been called a liar and spoken down to on the phone, when dealing via email it takes days for responses which are incomplete (they literally ignore half the questions posed) and yet they then expect responses back immediately. We had an ongoing saga for some basic works, had inflated bills, inaccurate invoices, emails addressed to wrong people, unnecessary signs popping up in communal ...
