High fees( unjusified) almost £630 to move in - our new home has cost £175!!!! Big difference, rude, say they going to ring back and they don't! , tell you anything then say that's not the case! Non of them communicate and know what the other has said or done.. Only contact you when benefits them! Unprofessional and day light robbery. Caused my husband and I endless stress. They do not act in the interest of the tenant. We moved and refused any property with miller, other estate agents were not surprised of our stress endured by them. I would avoid at all cost .Do not trust!!! Also enquire what your landlord is like. They couldn't even get our moving out day right , showed prospective tenants around our home without our knowledge. After dropping our keys at the office a lady was very rude wouldn't even let my husband speak said she would let the agent acting know we had dropped them off then days later receive a voicemail rather abruptly we had a problem we hadn't handed in our keys and our personal belongings still the house! After returning the call and explaining that wasn't the case, I got oh, right that's fine then , bye!! Clearly knows what they are doing.. Really appalling customer service, well there is no customer service!!!! Avoid that's all I can advise!
