We sold our house within six weeks due to Dixons sales agent matching our house with a client who was looking for a property in our area before we had actually had it valued. Hayley's tenacity and customer service meant that we did not need to have our house fully marketed. She kept both ourselves and our buyer involved through out the process. It was a case of being in the right place at the right time, but Dixon's approach helped us feel confident that the sale would happen. Their assessement of the local market was spot on.
Comment on agent fees
We did pay the full fee although not fully marketed which was higher than other agents. However, we did feel it was value for money.
