Appalling letting service from start to finish which included lying say the landlord required tenants at an earlier date when in fact the landlord did not and was happy to wait, the estate agents set up utility bills in tenants name with Spark energy without consent of landlord or tenants, and the estate agents have failed to return deposit now for one month after landlord approval. NEVER USE THIS ESTATE AGENTS.
