I previously purchased my property via Aspire and dealt with Luke and Rav around 3.5 years ago. When buying, you don't get to choose the agent so I got lucky! When I came to sell the property, I did not hesitate to instruct them which is as much of a recommendation as I can give.
I dealt with Matt, Luke and Alistair initially and their attention to detail was impeccable. Matt was very enthusiastic about my property and set a realistic asking price that I was happy with. Alistair took some great photos along with Matt and both spent a good deal of time getting the right shots and learning all the small details that I was keen to share with prospective purchasers. Rav then provided the particulars and we discussed slight amendments that she happily made.
My property sold quickly. Matt and Luke conducted viewings but it was Luke's client that made the offer I accepted. Luke, the buyers and I spent time talking and it never felt like it was a rushed experience. Luke would stay behind after the viewers had left to discuss upcoming viewings, etc (as well as video games!)
Once the sale was agreed, Carla handled the after-sales portion of the proceedings. This is where Aspire really shine. I had a great experience with Rav when I originally purchased and Carla did a cracking job this time. She would always keep me updated, would chase my solicitor and answer any questions I had quickly. We dealt via email to start with and there was always a quick response. We spoke on the phone a few times and again, nothing was too much trouble.
I particularly want to highlight Carla's role in the sales process. My buyers are landlords with other properties and used to dealing with all manner of agents. They told me that they were really impressed with Carla and her efforts.
From start to finish, I cannot fault Aspire in any way. I'm moving out of the area so won't have the luxury of dealing with them again unfortunately.
On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give them 11.
