Avoid this agency!! Have had an awful experience from beginning to end. Plus there is an awful, rude and ignorant team of people working in both the Stourbridge and brierley hill offices. Had to move into one of their properties due to personal reasons meaning I had very little time to find somewhere. They charged me extortionate referencing fees then told me they didn't actually carry out any of the referencing, they tried to charge contract renewal fees when I asked to continue my tenancy on a rolling contract which everyone knows is illegal! They never got back to me once when I had a problem at the flat or tried to contact them in any way - they will outright ignore you! Then when I moved out of the property they refused to do a check out in my presence yet have charged a fee for that too. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Lots of better agencies out there in the local area with nicer properties with a polite team of people working there.
Comment on agent fees
They try to charge you fees wherever they can, falsely advertise their services. I am currently in contact with the property ombudsman as a result of their false/lack of advertisement of fees so this will soon be resolved.

We are sorry to hear that you felt there were short comings in our service levels and to receive your review without the opportunity to discuss your matter.
We employ a team of friendly, experienced and qualified agents across our network of branches. I find it hard to accept that every team member across two of our branches has been 'rude and ignorant' towards you.
ALL tenants are referenced accordingly, prior to receiving an offer of formal tenancy. The due diligence is then confirmed to the landlord. Your claim that you were not referenced is simply not true.
To provide clarity and transparency, all fees are advertised at every branch, with every property listing and agreed in writing, signed off by every tenant prior to the commencement of any tenancy. Our fees are comparable to other letting agents in our area of operation.
We do not make a charge for a tenancy to become a statutory periodic tenancy, only for any pre-agreed administrative expenses.
We offer mutually convenient times for tenants to check out of a property where a tenant wishes to be present. If such a time cannot be agreed a check out is done at the next earliest available opportunity and findings reported to both landlord and tenant.
