We started using Gates Estates some years ago, having had a rather unfortunate experience with another agent previously. Subsequently we were naturally nervous about moving back to an agent, however you were recommended to us and we soon found out why.

Our confidence in you was quickly established and we can say with total honesty that you have changed our lives. Being retired has many compensations, but it also means that regular income is important. A property portfolio has the potential for that income, however, it needs to be managed in professional manner, and we are delighted with how Gates Estates conduct this for us. It is unfortunately very rare these days to find an organisation that has such an honest and fair way of doing business.

My properties are fully managed by Gates Estates and they have always been let out quickly. Kyle deals with any maintenance issues quickly and efficiantly and always calls me back when he says he will. Great service....
