AVOID AT ALL COSTS
This agency treats your SECURITY DEPOSIT as if its their own money. They are not a member of the property Ombudsman (which means they're not regulated to an adequate level), and they know their letting contracts inside out that they'll squeeze every penny out of your deposit.
Examples include, charging you for not removing coat hangers (£100), cleaning bills (£300, the flat was never provided at a professional steam clean level, but they'll bill you it), wear and tear on wardrobes. Anything they can squeeze out of you, they will.
If you are one of the unfortunate souls to have signed up with Dendrow, make sure you have email evidence, for any fixtures, or confirmation on details. Make sure you read the fine print on their letting contracts.
It was very stressful moving with them in the first place, and even more soul destroying when you leave. Remember, they appear friendly in the beginning, by their true faces appear when you signed the contract.
Comment on agent fees
You should read the fine print of their letting.

However, we would like to point out that Dendro Ltd have all of the necessary compliance in place in order to run an estate and Letting's business. this includes a redress scheme, which we have been a member of for a number of years, as well as other professional memberships and regulatory bodies so as to ensure legal compliance.
Dendrow do not treat tenant's security deposits as their own money as you quite aptly put it, as we have the highest level of security in respect of tenant funds, which is required under our membership with mydeposits, TDS and DPS for tenant's security deposits.
At the end of a contract, this firm utilises the services of an independent inventory clerk to provide a schedule of condition and contents within the property and should the tenants have left anything in the property that wasn't there at the start, then unfortunately the landlord can charge a reasonable amount to make good any breach or non-compliance. this includes cleaning as well. should the contract state as such and evidence is held on file, then the tenants are liable.
At Dendrow, we allow all of our prospective tenants the opportunity to read the contract and ask questions prior to signing. therefore, it would be prudent to say that you had the opportunity to read prior to signing. once the contract is signed, then the landlord is within their rights to ensure that the tenant's obligations are fulfilled.
Dendrow have helped find homes for thousands of people over the years, many of whom are still with us to this day.
