At all times David was ultra efficient and extremely reassuring when there were a few 'blips' along the way (none of them his fault I have to add!)
He chased when things needed chasing and we feel he always 'went that extra mile' for us. We both believe that if it wasn't for him the sale/purchase process would have been an even more stressful process than it was.
