I have never in my entire life come across people as worse as the ones that work at Hutton Parker. Essentially, they think just because you're students they can get away with a lot of terrible crap.

In my experience, we barely got any of our deposit back despite the house being cleaned professionally. I even got fined £100 for having a side table in the bedroom that hadn't belonged there before. I have no idea where the table came from and who put it there or if they were making it up, but this supposed 'table' did NOT exist and I lost £100 for it. Apparently they wouldn't except a free table (even if it 'had' been there) because it would cost the landlord too much money to take down to the skip. I phoned this disgrace of the company up complaining and accused them of lying to which I got a horrific bad mouthing staff shout abuse at me over the phone. Sure he may have seen me as a difficult customer but I had every right to be and staff are not meant to lose their shit like that. Throughout the year, they were just useless and couldn't fix anything for us. Even contacting the landlord was a complete joke. And the amount of times we had a power cut because according to the guy who thankfully came to fix our electrics all the time, said they were too old for this century we're living in and needed to be updated. In the end, the things us tenants had to get fixed ourselves and not even by the landlord was taken out of our deposit. The wind once broke the fence down and he took that out out deposit. The staff working there are horrifically rude and inconceivably lazy and incompetent. I honestly don't know how they got the job (probably from being bullshitting liars) and I will honestly be surprised if anyone has had a good experience from them. They like to screw you over on technicalities and extort you of your money.

Never trust them.
