Totally professional, a great communicator, highly efficient and refreshingly honest! Nathan responds immediately and always makes time to talk through any issues. Where our renters are concerned, Nathan is courteous, responsive and provides a great service to them. Having said this, he is first and foremost a thorough, hard working and reliable advocate for his landlords providing highly informed advice and guidance, when requested. As landlords who reside outside the country, it is vital to have confidence in one's management agent - NMR lettings transparency, accessibility, high quality work and positive outcomes make this possible.

They did not provide misleading information, however your office did ask them to play around with dates on the application which I have seen emails for. This would have been misleading. They tried to provide a guarantor with the criteria given but this was rejected. They tried everything possible to resolve issues and get the house. They should get there deposit back. ...

Just wanted to add to my original review. I have now had the property for 2 years and have to say I am really happy with Nathan, Robyn and all the team at NMR. Living in Spain I need an agent to fully manage my property and NMR give me that .
