My heating broke on the 19th of December, today is the 2nd of January, -2£ outside and still broken. I have been calling TOUCHSTONE every single day, and apparently they are trying very hard to find someone to come and repair it (please read this with sarcastic mode on), they are very sorry and understand my situation, but I've been 2 WEEKS WITH NO HEATING!!! I wonder if they would act quicker if the situation was that I didn't pay my rent ???? probably they would contact me in less than 24h but the heating... that's something people can live without, specially in winter, when as I said at the moment -2£!!! 2 WEEKS!! is this a joke??? Im sure at touchtone they all had a warm Christmas, I'm happy for them, they gave me a very cold one, just what I wanted for Christmas. Thank you Touchstone you are doing an amazing job looking after your clients, I wonder if you would be so patient if this was on the other way round... Happy New year
