Hera Management is a pathetic excuse for a management services firm; a company which perfectly encapsulates a complete failing of and disregard for corporate governance combined with a breathtakingly incompetent staff. They have continually ignored reasonable requests from residents on issues of safety where they are at fault (e.g. installing locks on the doors to the car park the wrong way so drug dealers can gain access to the building without a fob) in order to avoid paying out. This clearly flies in the face of their alleged values and policies towards residents. Given Hera is a subdivision of Swan and is effectively the same company, their attempts to portray themselves as a fair and just company are an embarrassment. I hope the issues that the residents have out forwarded can be resolved soon, as they should have been a while ago, before we have to take this further to the ombudsman.

Extortionate for very little in return. What makes it worse is that their accountant seems to have a very bad grasp on figures and is continually revising amounts owed.

Building has no facilities like gym/garden other than 2 lifts and 12 hour concierge and they still manage to charge almost £200 per month for this in service charge.
