By far the most incompetent people I have ever dealt with in my life. For starters after multiple changes I finally recieved the tenancy agreement in August and they still had the cheek that I pay for July when I had no entry to the property. Secondly it appears that these people have no ability whatsoever to operate a phone or use email (that is unless they require money) as they will never reply to any of your inquiries. Over our entire involvement with Leaders I would estimate that we rang leaders around 150 times with problems or others issues, of these 150 we were promised 150 times to recieve a reply, and of these 150 we were replied to 0 times.
Absolutely terrible company and I cannot stress how much you should avoid them. I implore you to use any other letting agent than Leaders Fallowfield, even sleeping rough is probably a preferable alternative to having to dealing with this bunch of incompetent people. No stars if at all possible.

What agent could do to change your mind?
1) they have to change their attitude. 2) keep their promises 3) stick to the agreement 4) be more concerned about their reputation 5) Allow tenants to get in direct contact with the landlord as they seem to blame them all the time.Attached Filesnbsp;

What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have done ANYTHING! They have done nothing for us. They have given us no information, they have no idea what they are doing. The staff are rude and absolutely useless. I have never been more horrified with the service i have received from these people. They have a bad reputation with landlords as well, they put us in touch with a house and landlord which are shady and disappointing.Attached Filesnbsp;

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Complaints Procedure
All branch staff will deal with the normal day to day problems on a one to one basis but once a formal complaint has been raised, i.e. “I am not satisfied with the standard of work/conduct/behaviour etc and I wish to make a complaint” then at that stage you are requested to put your complaint in writing and send it to Colette Byers, Customer Manager at Jordan’s Residential Lettings Ltd. Directors Office, The Blake Building, 351 Wilmslow Road, Fallowfield, Manchester, M14 6XS.
Your grievance letter will be investigated thoroughly in accordance with established “in house procedures” and a reply sent to you within 14 working days of receipt of your original letter. This reply may request further information from you or advise you as to the progress of the investigation, or indeed the reply maybe our conclusion following the investigation. You will then be invited to make any comments that you may have in relation to this response.
