I have used Belvoir at Sutton Coldfield for the last 5 years, and have found all the staff give an exceptional service. Their vetting of prospective tenants is thorough which is very important, and any problems that have needed attention has always been dealt with promptly.
Comment on agent fees
I think the fees are good and would strongly recommend having the fully managed option. This ensures that the property is looked after, as they undertake regular checks of their properties and report any problems.
