I believe this Estate Agent needs to take a good hard look at its self and think about how it conducts its business. The service I received was beyond poor, completely unprofessional and I would not feel comfortable to recommend this agency to anyone. I hope as a local, small company, it can take some lessons from how it has delivered service and improve its self to become a reputable company, but at the moment I would certainly not do business with them. If you are a landlord I would think twice before registering your property with them, and if you are a tenant I would make sure you detail everything when you move in including taking pictures and I would also make sure you are there when the exit inventory is conducted by the Estate Agent as certain things will suddenly appear after you have vacated the property. If I could give zero stars I would and I hope that the team there take some note of this and improve the service they provide to Landlords and Tenants.
