Worst estate agency in Canterbury. Don't even know if they are still in business because their office has been 'closed' for several months even though they still owe us our deposits. Regarding the deposits - it was a long journey of lies, bouncing cheques, excuses and finally lost of all contact.

Don't ever treat with them. They lie several times to give me the deposit for the property I rented. I spent months claiming for it but it was not until I started * on facebook that they did what they should have done months ago.

Absolutely terrible agents. Issues with every part of their service from finding tenants to managing the propert and receiving rent. Amateurs at best. Keys missing. Problems with Council Tax. Managing the utilities and every part of the tenancies....
