I am currently in the process of renting an apartment and have found Kyle and Alex to be extremely understanding of my situation and courteous. I'm extremely satisfied with my rental compared to my experience with another local agent.

Comment on agent fees
Bad: I was told the landlord wanted 1800 for the property but could be "convinced" to let it at 1700. The next day I saw an ad from John Payne for the same property listed at 1700. I didn't appreciate that at all.
