We used Gregory and Co to sell our house at the end of 2011 and can honestly say that the level of service we recieved was first rate, and I'd know, I'm an ex estate agent ! The initial valuation and market appraisal was refreshingly honest, accurate and sincere. Some agents make the mistake of approaching a new business / valuation opportunity to aggressively and will often over promise and bullishly value a property in order to win you over. Gregs approach is to give good quality, professional and down to earth advice that, in what are tricky times, is exactly the sort of advice you need.

From the organisation of the Energy Performance Certificate, through viewings and their subsequent feedback, to the sales progression that led to an exchange of contracts, we recieved regular and thorough updates. We felt well informed and in control at all times which ultimately gave us total confidence. As a result of excellent communications we enjoyed a swift and relatively seemless sale and would have no hesitation in recommending Gregory and Co to anyone.
