(Foreword: I would like to Include Edward Chelton Brown in this review as well)
The entire experience was exemplary, from first application on RightMove.co.uk to being handed the keys. At every step of the way I felt that I was being well looked after.
Therese Leonard was more than happy to answer all my questions promptly and efficiently and even gave me suggestions as to activities and goings on in the Village. You really get the feeling that Therese had a deep knowledge and background understanding of the area, and there is nothing worse than being sold/leased a property when the agent hasn't a clue about where you're going. When it came time to view the property I was shown everything I needed to see in a patient and considered approach and I was gladdened by the fact that even though I arrived late this was accepted with a smile and understanding. All throughout Therese was a lovely warm person who, at least from appearances, was there to help me with every need.
My dealings with Nadine were few as I only received emailed photos of the itinerary of the Flat, however this was done in a very efficient and friendly manner. The photos showed me everything I needed to know about the state of the Flat at the exodus of the previous occupant, maybe though not so many photos next time Nadine so the inventory document doesn't get lost along the way :). All jokes aside though, the Photos was of a stellar quality, A truly brilliant photographer to be had at Chelton Brown Daventry.
I only had one meeting with Edward but I would just like to initially mention how switched on the office was. I came to pick up the keys a little earlier than expected and was pleasantly surprised to note that Edward has already familiarized himself with my file and had a complete understanding stage at which I was at in my move. As it happens I was a little pushed for time on the day I went to accept the keys, and even though I didn't mention it I got the feeling that Edward noticed and so quickly and efficiently went through all the paperwork and explained all the things I needed to understand as a tenant for this property. I was in and out in under an hour if I recall correctly and I couldn't be happier.
All in all a laudable performance from the whole team and a sterling experience to be had.

Comment on agent fees
As an Australian immigrant to the UK who has no cognizance of what the usual accepted band of agents fees is I can't really comment on the value of this. All I can say is that the reference application was completed very quickly and all utilities were taken care of which is the main thing.
