This company has the cheek to call itself Professional Properties but from the get go they have shown nothing but an UNPROFESSIONAL arrogant attitude and behaviour towards their potential clients. They have fed snippets of wrong information to us without mentioning the full details and expect their potential clients to fully understand their incompetent system. They have in their open PUBLIC high street office shouted out private financial details across their office of all parties involved in our dealings with them without showing a hint of privacy (surely breaching data protection) then discussing openly in front of us other clients personal circumstances in a matter of fact way (Gossip) again surely breaching some sort of data protection, we are sure the name they mentioned sounds very familiar to us (we wondered whether it was?? No it can't be 'could it' ???) Their staff have shown nothing but arrogance through out the process of dealing with us (especially Jane) leaving all parties stressed and frustrated let alone out of pocket as it appears their only aim is to force funds out of people for no reason other than to line their pockets. I will never ever deal with this idiotic company again. Oh and David Mason, if you lifted up your head from behind that computer screen of yours for one second and start listening to peoples complaints (Harley Quinn for one, use your loaf David!!) you could have a successful business as there are plenty of competitors out there who can take your business away from you before you allow Jane to snap her overweight fingers at the wrong person.
