Jon, Sam and Amanda have been amazing during the sale of my property in St. Ives. I initially thought I might be tempted to use one of the big national agents for the sale but opted for someone local, who would be able to deal with any issues that might arise - I was an absentee owner so having someone on the ground might be useful, I thought. I was right: when various things arose at the last moment before exchange, the team rose magnificently to the challenge, arranging (within the hour) for a builder to drill into a wall to ascertain what it was made of in order to satisfy a question raised by the surveyor and driving to Truro to trawl through the council archives for a long-forgotten planning document relating to works completed by a previous owner.
They kept in touch the whole time, both during marketing and then during the actual sale, gave sage advice, and they are jolly nice people. This is what estate agency can be when done right, and I thank them greatly for it.
