I am a landlady and cannot speak highly enough of the service I received from Rosedale Lettings. I commissioned Rosedale Lettings to let my property following a previous positive experience in purchasing a property through this company. Rosedale immediately responded to my initial query and were transparent from the start about their charges. These are very reasonable compared to other letting companies in the area but this does not compromise the high quality of service. Right from the start, there was a clear assessment of the type of tenant we were ideally looking for and Rosedale matched this very quickly. It must be said that at times, our previous tenant did not make the end of tenancy process easy. However, Rosedale really went above expectations in helping to overcome the difficulties and used their expert knowledge to assist us to move forward. Throughout the letting process, I was kept fully updated and I received very quick responses from the team to any queries I had. I will certainly not use any other letting agent in the future, including using additional services, such as inspections. All correspondence and been friendly but very professional. I have no qualms in highly recommending Rosedale Lettings.
Comment on agent fees
Very reasonable compared to other agents in Peterborough but I found Rosedale offer a considerably better service
