Swansea: The company are unprofessional, unethical, money grabbing and have no consistency. The agreement that you make on day one will change constantly, obviously to their advantage. I am going to report the company today as this needs a full investigation. I don't know how they get away with out but my advice is simple, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Bad, terribly expensive. They do nothing for it, do not reply to emails, phone them and they pretend the conversation never happened. Send them pics of dead mouse in the house and they say it doesn't exist.
