He is very helpful, kind, polite and very friendly. He is willing to help you to solve any type of issue promptly and in the best way he can.
He is very professional and a great agent.

I can say all the same for Zoe. She is also great in all professional situations and aspects: she is very friendly, kind, positive, helpful, polite and very professional.
