We rent our flat through Jackson Stops in weybridge and have had an applauling level of service. 2 tenants in year who fail to pay rent, one of whom Jackson Stops knew already had arrears. Very stressful for us with no support from rude, aggressive staff. Have been trying to get hold of somebody more senior to discuss and have had no response in 24 hours. Do not use.

wish had the option to give a minus rating. Vacated the property and completed all contractual obligations however still waiting for the security deposit to be released after almost a month. Staff is passing this on to landlord with no initiative to resolve the situation. ...

Stay away from Jackson Stops in Weybridge. Their customer service skills are simply non-existing. After they sell you a property, if you are having issues, they simply refuse to help. Worst possible experience ever....
