Georgiana was wonderful, as are all of them people I have had the good fortune to have dealt with since moving in.

She did everything right, GSOH, listened, understood our needs and most important of all is that she cared. She's a keeper.

The only thing I can find fault in is the Agency for is opening times.

Our boiler died on a freezing Friday evening, I called at 16.10 the next day on the 26th of November and got no answer until I called on Monday 28th at 15.28.

That is when I got put through to the wonderfully bubbly Georgina who then got the ball rolling ( She had emailed the landlady before my call). From then, in Georgina's and the landladies hands all was good and I can only praise both of them.

For 3 days we ( including 1 vulnerable person) lived in a house that has damp walls 2+ meters high with black mould and no heating on the coldest week of the year so far. Not only we were really cold and miserable, but it cost us around a £5 a day to heat the 1st floor bedroom which has the worst of the damp. We had no one to talk to at all till Monday which is just crazy in this modern age we all live in..

Why is there no emergency number or one that was obvious for us to find?

So to finalise, Georgina is Brilliant, The Landlady is Brilliant the agency opening times and emergency weekend situations need to be looked at and revised.

Silly question really? I'd love to meet the person (Who isn't a landlord or an owner of an agency) that are happy to pay the fees all agencies charge in the UK.
