Lisa was our first point of contact and was especially friendly and helpful in the first instance. Andrew was supportive throughout. There were some very frustrating moments in the process of selling our cottage in Settle; Andrew was calm, patient and professional at all times. Thank you.
Comment on agent fees
The fees seem possibly a little on the high side. However, the agents helped us to achieve the best possible price for the property. They also managed all viewings and, because we live some distance away, helped us with some practical matters to do with the cottage, which we very much appreciate.

Just about acceptable, though marginally higher than the competition. Better rates are available in more built up areas but we are in a rural setting. We chose personal local service over internet based cheaper conveyancers and we think it paid off.
