I am sorry to read your review and have checked our system and spoken to the person in the office you dealt with. You sent us an email at 11.49am on the 7th of January and we didn’t ignore you and emailed you back at 12.13pm on the same day sending you the referencing criteria our referencing company uses. We don’t discriminate against those on benefits and actually take all of these below into account when referencing tenants:

Thanks for taking the time to write all of this. Sorry I do have to disagree with 99% and feel that perhaps your obvious anger is due to the fact that you are losing all of your deposit, most of which I have to add is due to you not paying rent and the deposit is being held to cover your arrears.

Dear Deb, Sorry to hear that you are unhappy. I have responded to your email to me today to try and explain that your tenancy (and deposit) was managed by your landlord. I will chase the landlord about your deposit return but sadly we don't had your deposit and you will need to discuss this with them. Your signed tenancy agreement does state that the property is managed by your landlord not us but if this wasn't made clear to you, I can only apologise.
