Thank you for your comment, upon reading your review I was slightly confused as we have not sold a property recently for anyone called Sam, however from the information provided I believe I have now ascertained which property you were selling under a different name to that given for the review.

I am glad that we managed to sell your property for you twice, My understanding is that when the first buyer pulled out we found another within 24 hours so that your onward purchase did not collapse.

Unfortunately some sales can take longer than initially anticipated, I can assure you that Beresford Residential did not lose interest during the conveyancing period which I believe is clear as you go on to state that we were always 'quick to respond and carry out your requests quickly.' I can also see from our records that the branch manager was regularly responding to your texts and emails up to 9pm at night and outside of office working hours which I believe shows his determination to complete the sale for you.

Finally I apologise if you feel a rude comment was made when you were in our office, all I can think is that there must be a misunderstanding as I have spoken to all of the employees in our Mitcham Lane branch who cannot recall a bad word being spoken throughout the entire process.
